RILEY KELLUM WELDY

STRATEGY. EXPERIENCE. IMPACT.

Reviews

Hi! I’m Riley. An experiential producer & event strategist creating large-scale experiences that turn bold ideas into unforgettable moments. My career has taken me from the festival fields of major live music events to producing high-impact brand activations and corporate experiences for some of the world’s most recognizable companies. Whether it’s a multi-day festival welcoming tens of thousands of fans, a carefully designed experiential brand activation, or a corporate press release, I thrive at the intersection of creativity, logistics, and human connection.

My work spans all sides of the live experience industry, working with organizations and brands like Live Nation, INVNT, Country Music Association, Sony Music, Samsung, McDonalds, Titos, Amazon, Twisted Tea, Anheuser-busch, and many more —leading projects from early concept through on-site execution and everything in between. I’ve built a career translating ambitious ideas into experiences that are both creatively compelling and operationally best practice ensuring every element is planned, anticipated, and delivered to the highest standard. That means everything from shaping strategy and programming to managing multimillion-dollar budgets, leading cross-functional teams, and building the systems that allow complex events to run seamlessly.

Working with me means partnering with an event specialist that believes in delivering experiences that last. Experiences that are not just seen—but felt. That leave a lasting impact. There is great responsibility when producing experiences at scale, every decision — from the creative concept to the safety plan — shapes the way a person will remember that moment forever. I pride myself on being the kind of producer teams trust to lead calmly under pressure, empower bold ideas, and build the structure needed to execute them exceptionally well. The result: experiences that feel effortless to audiences, rewarding to teams, and impactful long after the lights go down.
