Hi! I’m Riley. A producer of experiences with a demonstrated history of success working across industries in live event production.

My experience includes the management and execution of all event operations, staffing, permitting, safety /crowd safety, production, budgets, program development, etc for music festivals, concert series, corporate conferences, summits, galas, and award shows across the US. I’ve been blessed to have worked with a plethora of large scale festivals, companies, and corporations in my career thus far such as Live Nation, Sony Music, Universal Music Group, AC Entertainment, Les Paul Foundation, Sandbox Entertainment, INVNT, Country Music Association, Country Jam Colorado, Headwaters Country Jam, Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, Romp Music Festival, McDonald’s Headquarters, Samsung, and many more. 

My career path has been orchestrated with intention to ensure the diverse background and skills are there to help you deliver thoughtful, compelling, and memorable experiences through strategy, execution, communication, and connection.

Education: Bachelor of Arts degree from Belmont University’s Mike Curb College of Music Business

SPECIALTIES:

• Talent management and artist hospitality

• Venue, vendor and talent contract (or rider) negotiation and coordination

• Produce live events and manage projects from concept through execution, driving projects forward with efficiency

• Work closely with agencies, labels, teams, account managers and producers to define project requirements, develop budgets, build out timelines/schedules and plan resources for client events and projects

• Keep all project stakeholders (creative, logistics, show team, tech crew) on track to hit deadlines

• Large project budget management and reconciliation

• Content, presentation and media management 

• Leverage cross-departmental resources to produce creative and media assets

• Lead and schedule necessary project related meetings and calls: discovery, brainstorms, internal meetings and debriefs

• Work with finance, logistics and legal teams on event and client needs

• Provide guidance, mentorship and skill-building to Project Coordinators and Project Managers 

• Destination management and client program development

Services

  • Show / artist advancement, ROS builds, management and coordinating of all necessary DOS responsibilities, teams, vendors, etc.

  • Offer services of any responsibilities that fall between a Deck Manager, Production Coordinator, Associate Producer, and Executive Producer (pre-production, on-site production, & post production).

  • I wouldn’t be where I am today without the guidance and direction from so many amazing mentors in my life and it’s incredibly important to me that I offer that same gift to whoever may need it (of course, free of charge!!).
